Yams and Apples

Yams and apples are a delicious side dish for fall meals. It’s a great healthy dish to serve with Thanksgiving dinner. Yams have the same consistency as a potato, and they are not sweet like sweet potatoes, but they have their own unique flavor when combined with other foods.
