Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Ice as needed

Instructions

  1. First, add the coconut milk, water, blueberries, yogurt, spinach, matcha powder, and ground turmeric to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Next, add ice as needed and blend again.
  3. Serve in a tall glass, add extra blueberries, and enjoy.
