- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Ice as needed
Instructions
- First, add the coconut milk, water, blueberries, yogurt, spinach, matcha powder, and ground turmeric to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Next, add ice as needed and blend again.
- Serve in a tall glass, add extra blueberries, and enjoy.
