- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup liquid (milk or yogurt)
Instructions
- Place your oats in a jar.
- Add your choice of milk.
- Mix it all together until all the oats are submerged in milk and close the lid.
- Place it in the fridge overnight.
- Add your choice of toppings. Eat and enjoy.
Notes
If the texture is too thick, add a little more milk the next morning.
