Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup liquid (milk or yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Place your oats in a jar.
  2. Add your choice of milk.
  3. Mix it all together until all the oats are submerged in milk and close the lid.
  4. Place it in the fridge overnight.
  5. Add your choice of toppings. Eat and enjoy.

Notes

If the texture is too thick, add a little more milk the next morning.
