Instructions
- Prepare your toast and fry the eggs.
- Peel and mash the avocado. Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Then, spread the avocado on each slice of toast. Place the fried egg on top, and season with any additional herbs. Serve immediately and enjoy.
