Turkey Cobb Roll Ups
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons blue cheese-flavored yogurt dressing
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 ounces thinly sliced roast turkey, chopped
1 avocado, diced
4 10-inch spinach tortillas
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Spoon turkey mixture evenly onto tortillas; roll up.
