- 1 (9 ounce) package fresh three-cheese tortellini
- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
- 1 (1.6 ounce) envelope Alfredo sauce mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cook time. Drain well.
- Prepare sauce mix according to package directions, using milk, butter, and nutmeg.
- Combine sauce, pasta, and broccoli; toss well to coat.
- Top each serving evenly with cheese.
