Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups cooked hash-brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups cooked and shredded brisket
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Mesquite pellets
Instructions
- Preheat the Traeger for 10-15 minutes to 450℉ with a cast-iron skillet on the grill.
- Sauté the onion, and peppers in oil until translucent then add the garlic and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Next, add the brisket, potatoes, and eggs. Cook for about 10 minutes until the brisket is heated through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy
