Description
There is something special about these hot dogs. Topped with brisket, onions, jalapeños, sweet and heat BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese. These hotdogs are sure to be a hit at your next BBQ or sports event.

- 2 whole jalapeños, thinly sliced for serving
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese for serving
- 6 hot dogs
- 6 hot dog buns
- 1 white onion finely chopped for serving
- 1/2 pound cooked sliced brisket
- Hickory pellets
Instructions
- Preheat the Traeger to 450°F with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
- Put the hot dogs on the grill grate and cook for 7-10 minutes with the lid closed, turn until lightly brown and warmed through.
- Next, wrap the brisket in tin foil with a little Traeger sweet and heat BBQ sauce. Put it on the grill next to the hot dogs and cook for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
- Take the brisket and hot dogs off the grill, put the hotdog in the bun, and top with brisket, sweet and heat BBQ sauce, onions, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.
