- 4 fresh ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted pecans
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Arrange peach halves cut-side up in a shallow baking dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle mixture over peaches.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the topping is browned.
Serve with fresh whipped cream.
