Spicy Pork Chili
Ingredients:
1 lb. pork, cubed
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons flour
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
4 oz. can diced jalapenos
4 oz. can diced green Chilies
2 to 4 garlic cloves, finely diced
Salt to taste
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Brown pork in oil. Add flour. Stir until pork is coated and flour is brown.
2. Put the pork and all remaining ingredients in the crock pot and simmer until pork is soft – 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 7 hours on low.
