- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1/2 tsp of Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash and trim the beets.
- Toss beets in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 45 minutes or until tender.
