Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup jarred roasted red pepper, drained
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, scraping sides often.
2. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
