Pumpkin Dump Cake
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 sticks melted butter
Directions:
- Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Pour into a 13×9-inch pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
- Spread chopped pecans over the cake mix, then pour melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour (or until lightly browned around the edges).
- Serve with Cool Whip on top.
