Meatball Appetizers
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon onions, minced
2 tablespoons green bell peppers, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Combine rice, ground meat, onion, green pepper, salt, celery salt, and garlic; form into balls about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
2. Heat tomato juice, oregano and Worcestershire sauce in skillet. Add meatballs.
3. Cover tightly and simmer for 45 minutes.
