Kindergarten Teachers Wish First-Time Parents Would Quit Doing These 10 Things

It's a bittersweet moment when parents bring their kids to kindergarten for the first time. On one hand, they're allowing their kids to be independent, possibly for the first time. However, it can also be hard to let your child go off on their own. As a result, many parents are either overprotective or they don't know how to behave or how to respond when they drop their kids off. Teachers understand the struggle. However, it can be easy to get irritated when parents don't seem to be on the same page. With that in mind, we talked to current kindergarten teachers and used responses on Reddit to format this list of the 10 things that teachers wish first-time parents would quit doing.
