This light brown sugar dressing is perfect for salads and veggies.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined, except for the olive oil.
- Next, slowly whisk in the olive oil until well-mixed.
- Drizzle over grilled vegetables or a fresh green salad.
