Hot German Potato Salad
Ingredients:
5 medium potatoes (about 1¾ pounds), cut into ¼-inch thick slices
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon celery seed
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions:
1. Mix potatoes and onion in 3½– to 6-quart slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon; pour into cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3. Stir in bacon.
