Honey Barbecue Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken pieces
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup honey
3/4 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon minced onion
Directions:
1. Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place chicken breast in baking pan.
3. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup, and minced onion until well-mixed. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over, bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until done. Serves 4.
