I am in love with all of the homemade Valentine ideas on Pinterest lately. I don't think I ever considered making homemade ones until now. With all the blogs that exist today, it is now really easy for moms to just print Valentines (really cute ones too), without having it be a time-consuming task!
I'm also a fan of the non-candy Valentines. Don't worry, I'm not a candy-hater…I just think the ones with toys on them on pure genius and fun. And I would have loved to have gotten a toy on a few of my Valentines when I was a kid!
So I went ahead and made an Oriental Trading order for a bunch of toys to see what kind of printables I could make up for you. I hope you enjoy at least a few of them.
This first one is my favorite.
“I Only Have Eyes For You” Homemade Valentine Printable
Some fun toys to go along with this printable: googly eyes bouncy balls, Glow-in-the dark aviators, mustache glasses, nerd glasses, or just fun glasses in general.
“Color Your Heart Out” Valentine Printable
This is a super fun one and the coloring books are SUPER cheap (They have a lot of different packs and options, so just look around the site a little bit). Just add a crayon or two and you are set!
Football Themed Homemade Valentines
This next one if for all you that have boys in the home! There are TONS of fun little toys that are sports-themed, so I made a few printables to go with them! These cute little footballs came in a little bag, so you could either just staple the printable to the bag (like the one in the bottom left), or you can tape them right onto the valentine with double-sided tape. If you wanted to do one of the toy packs that have multiple sports, there are printables out there for soccer and baseball (and probably basketball) too, so you would be safe doing buying those as well!
That's all for now! Be sure to check back tomorrow for a bunch more fun homemade valentine ideas (See my post Printable Valentines)!
