Healthy Turkey Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean turkey, ground
  • ½ cup regular oats, dry
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
  • ¼ cup Ketchup

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees F or to an internal temperature of 165 °F for 25 minutes.
