Meatloaf is a midwestern classic shared and reworked for decades now. However, a lot of traditional meatloaf recipes use full-fat beef and loads of unhealthy but delicious ingredients. This recipe is designed to be lower in fat and sugar but still have the delicious and classic meatloaf taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean turkey, ground
- ½ cup regular oats, dry
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
- ¼ cup Ketchup
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees F or to an internal temperature of 165 °F for 25 minutes.
3. Cut into five slices and serve.
