There are so many experts that tout the benefits of a diet that contains Omega-3's, and fish is an excellent source. Try our baked cod with cheese, for instance. You won't believe how quick, easy, and delicious it is. And if you want to lower the fat content even further, consider using a low-fat cheddar cheese instead of the full-fat version. The melted cheese will give the cod a creamy, crispy, topping that will melt in your mouth, and you'll forget you're eating something you made using a healthy recipe.
