Easy Grilled Grouper with Lemon & Herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 grouper fillets
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the grouper fillets with the mixture.
  4. Grill the fillets for about 5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with additional lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
