You might think that all truly delicious recipes take a lot of time and effort to make. The truth is, there are tons of great recipes out there that don't require lots of time and ingredients. It's all about making the best out of every ingredient you have. By picking ingredients that each stand out on their own, you can get a desirable flavor with as few ingredients as possible.
This recipe is a fantastic example of that. By using peach halves, peach juice, honey, garlic salt, and ginger, you'll get an amazing chicken dinner that will surely please everyone. This dinner is great for a weeknight. Many parents find themselves too busy, tired, or stressed during the week to make anything extravagant. Resist the temptation to order food and make this instead.
Chicken is a great choice for your family's diet. The more frequently you can include it, the better. Chicken is high in protein, like every other meat. What sets it apart from certain other meats, however, is its low calorie and fat content. By eating chicken, you won't be packing on unnecessary calories. Eating lots of protein is key to a healthy life.
Serve this chicken dish with rice. You can opt to serve the chicken over the rice, or simply serve it on the side. Whatever you choose to do, it will be a great pairing. If rice isn't of interest, you can also make some veggies for this dinner. Choose a nutrition-dense vegetable like spinach, or pick some mixed veggies up for a variety of flavors.
