Roasted Garlic
Ingredients:
3 heads garlic
3 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
1. From the tip end of each head of garlic, gently rub off the other layers of papery skin. Separate the cloves, but leave their skins intact.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
3. Place individual cloves in a medium baking dish or pan; drizzle with oil. Cover with foil; bake about 30 minutes, or until soft when pierced with the tip of a pointed knife. Baking time may vary, depending on the size of the cloves.
4. Refrigerate leftover cloves in an airtight jar for up to 10 days.
