Easy Boneless Chicken Recipe

Easy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic
salt to taste
4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
1/2 cup water
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

 

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, brown the chicken pieces in oil. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

2. Crush garlic cloves and drizzle over the chicken. Turn heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes each side.

3. Remove cover, add salt and red pepper flakes. Add water and simmer over low heat until water is cooked off.
