Pasta is a go-to dinner for many families. It's cheap, easy to prepare, and enjoyed by many. Most families have pasta at least one night a week, just to make it easier on the family grocery budget and on mom and dad. But, sometimes ordinary pasta can get boring.
That's why you need a great pasta recipe like this one. When plain pasta with cheese isn't good enough anymore, turn to this recipe. It isn't much harder to make than just pasta on its own, so you don't need to worry about it taking too much time.
The addition of black beans and diced tomatoes is what sets this recipe apart from regular pasta. You might be surprised just how much putting diced tomatoes into a pasta dish can differ from just using tomato sauce. We're recommending tomatoes with green peppers, celery, and onions mixed in for added flavor.
If you can't find that particular kind in the store or would prefer to use something different, that's fine. We simply recommend finding some diced tomatoes with added ingredients, to ensure this dish really has a great flavor profile. Of course, we're still including Parmesan cheese in this recipe. It wouldn't be a pasta dish without cheese!
