Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pound round steak, cut in strips
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) canned tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/3 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) package of frozen green beans
Instructions
- Put steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in crock pot.
- Stir well to coat steak.
- Add remaining ingredients, coating the top of the steak evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours (high for 4 hours).
- Serve with rice.
