Cinnamon Orange Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons orange zest
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1-1/2 Tablespoons plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons orange juice
1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin chops
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix brown sugars, zest, and cinnamon.
3. In a small bowl, mix yogurt and orange juice; brush over pork. Dredge pork in brown sugar mixture.
4. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160°F. Makes 4 servings.
