This cheese rolls recipe is super simple, and can be made in a jiffy. That makes it perfect as an appetizer, lunch, or dinner. Some nights, you don't have time to spend 45 minutes in the kitchen making an elaborate dinner. Or, you just don't feel like it. That's when you whip this recipe out! If you're serving cheese rolls for dinner, we recommend either doubling the recipe or serving a simple side with it, like applesauce or cottage cheese.
The great thing about this recipe, in addition to its flexibility, is that you likely already have all of the ingredients on hand, except for the dinner rolls. If you make your own dinner rolls, it will save you additional money! These cheese rolls can also make for a great inclusion in your kids' lunches.

Cheese Rolls
Ingredients:
8 dinner rolls
½ cup butter
¼ lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
Makes 2 – 4 servings
Directions:
1. Cut rolls in half. Cream butter; add cheese and seasonings.
2. Add egg white. Arrange roll halves on baking sheet.
3. Spread a heaping tablespoonful of cheese mixture on top of each.
4. Bake in hot oven of 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, or until puffy.
