Boomers Favorite All-You-Can-Eat Restaurants

The United States is known for it's love of food. It is a country known for its abundance of food served in generous portions, making buffet-style dining a natural favorite among popular dining options. The buffet is a dining concept that caught on and became popular in America after being introduced at the 1939 World's Fair. Since then, buffets and all-you-can-eat restaurants have established themselves as a staple of American dining culture.

While many Gen Xers and Millennials have grown up visiting buffets in the 80s and 90s, it's Boomers who are particularly fond of these establishments, having truly grown up around the all-you-can-eat restaurant. While many former popular buffets like Old Country Buffet and HomeTown Buffet have closed down, taking huge hit during the COVID-19 pandemic, others still remain a top choice.
