Summer is a time for us to kick back, relax, and enjoy life a bit slower than the rest of the year. June, July, and August are a time when many people take a vacation from the hectic pace of “normal” life and enjoy time outdoors, from barbeques in the yard to time at the community pool or days at summer camp. The pace of summer life now isn’t all that different from decades ago and these vintage photos illustrate that perfectly.
