This is a delightful fall dessert or breakfast idea. It will fast become your family’s favorite!
Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs, add 2/3 cup oil and 1 tsp. vanilla.
- In a separate large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and apples.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix thoroughly.
- Put into a greased and floured 9×13 pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
