A New Culver’s Coming to a City Near You? Yes Please!

Early in 2024, it was announced that Culver's would be opening 51 new restaurants, and many of those locations are becoming a reality. This was after the chain opened 50 restaurants in 2021 and 2022. This latest move is exciting news for people who have enjoyed eating at the famous restaurant over the years. For those not in the know, like In-N-Out, Culver's is a beloved restaurant. Culver's specializes in burgers, chicken, sandwiches, jumbo shrimp, salads, and more. However, Culver's may be most famous for its frozen custard. They make the custard right there in the restaurant, and it's amazingly rich and creamy. If you love food from the Midwest, this is the place to go.

It's been a sad time for many fans of the restaurant who no longer live near a location. However, that will soon be rectified. The chain is always looking to expand. In fact, since 2019, they've opened about 50 stores per year. Over the next couple of years, there will be new Culver's restaurants in Alabama, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and other states. Check out this list and see if you'll soon have a Culver's in your town.

Although there have been some restaurants in the state since 2018, there are still more new Culver's locations coming to Alabama. One of them is at 3 Recreation Drive in Oxford, and the other is at 23671 Canal Road in Orange Beach. If you're in the area, stop by for a custard treat. You won't regret it.

Florida is one of the states with the most Culver's restaurants. You can't drive very far without seeing one. As of 2024, there were 102 restaurants open for business. However, there are about to be many more. They plan to open 13 more locations as of the time of this writing. The following cities will have new restaurants. Some of them may already be open. When it comes to Georgia, it's a bit of a developing story. Currently, the company says there are several restaurants in the works. However, only one is confirmed at this time. It is the town of Valdosta. Go there for your burgers, fries, and shakes. Stay tuned for updates!

I am from Illinois, and I can tell you that Culver's restaurants are a staple there. Currently, there are 125 restaurants in the state and new Culver's are still to come. One of the newest Culver's locations opened in the city of Washington on North Cummings Lane. Fans of the restaurant rejoiced when they heard the news. Get there early so you don't wait in line.

A theme of this list will be that Culver's restaurants are extremely common in the Midwest, and Indiana is no exception. Prior to 2004, there were already 78 locations across the state, and more are to come. You can find the new restaurants in the cities of McCordsville, Newburgh, and Zionsville. By the way, the Culver's in Troy and Marion aren't closed for good. They're just remodeling, so stay tuned.

Over the last couple of years, there have been a few new Culver's restaurants that have opened or are in the process of opening. Minnesota is also getting a new Culver's restaurant. The location, which will be at 7103 Otter Lake Road in Lino Lakes, will be huge. It will have a huge 4,000-square-foot dining area, an outside patio, and more. The location will join the many others in the state. People really love the restaurant there, and the line is often around the block.

The great state of Missouri also has a new Culver's restaurant. The new location will be in Kansas City at 9710 N. Oak Trafficway. The restaurant is already getting rave reviews. People like the location. It's easy to get to, and the food is as good as ever. Head there for a burger or a custard ice cream treat.

Culver's brand is quickly making its way across North Carolina, with 16 locations at the time of this writing. The newest location can be found in the town of Hope Hills. It's on 3320 S. Peak Drive. They had a grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration back in October. This is the first location to open outside of the Charlotte and Raleigh areas.

Although there aren't a lot of details yet, the Culver's company has announced that they plan to open several more locations across the state. One that has recently opened is located in Hamilton. It was such a big deal that even the mayor came to the grand opening. Another restaurant is opening in West Carrollton, which is exciting for the folks in the River District.

The Culver's company has been introducing many more locations in the South Carolina area, including one in the city of Anderson and another in Beaufort. Naturally, people have been very excited about these new locations, so get there early so you can get your custard fix.

The people of Tennesee are no strangers to Culver's restaurants. There are already many locations strewn across the state. You can go to Spring Hill and Knoxville to see a couple of the newer locations. The Culver's Corporation has announced that even more restaurants will be coming, but details are limited at this time.

Wisconsin was the birthplace of Culver's way back in 1984, so it's no wonder why there are so many to choose from. Since that first restaurant opened in Sauk City, there have been over 150 new locations. The new Culver's are in East Troy and Chippewa Falls. The restaurants will continue to sell the cheese curds, Swiss burgers, and root beer floats that the chain is famous for.
