If you get the Loaded version, you’ll be consuming 2,960 calories, which is as much as you should have in an entire day. The worst part is that the Bloomin’ Onion is just an appetizer. Meaning that you may eat this before eating the rest of your meal. Be careful about how much you consume.

The great thing about a restaurant like Outback Steakhouse is that you have a large menu with a variety of items, including steak quesadillas. However, you need to be cautious. Plus, there are over 3,000 mg of sodium and 125 grams of fat.

This one is a little healthier, but it still has 1,630 calories, which is half of what you want all day. The meal also contains 4,100 milligrams of sodium and 102 grams of fat.

Some people go to Outback Steakhouse, uncertain about what they plan to order, so they go with the Aussie Sampler and get a few different items.
